I started working with Adriana to help me, after completely tearing the labrum in my hip. I had heard from a friend that Adriana was a great instructor and she was right! She is very knowledgeable in both Pilates and kinesiology. My goal was to prevent surgery by strengthening the muscles around the injury, and help with function as well as decreasing the pain. Adrian is an amazing instructor with years of experience. Working with her has helped me tremendously, not only with my hip, but with my overall strength, balance, and flexibility.
